Start with the website and the outcome
You do not need to diagnose the problem before getting in touch, and common questions about process, fees and timescales are answered in the FAQ. Send the address and explain what needs to improve: visibility, authority, design, speed, enquiries, sales or confidence in an upcoming rebuild. I will tell you where I think the main gap sits and whether I am a sensible fit.

Email info@freshbananas.co.uk or call 07812 956023. If I am in the middle of development work, leave a message with a useful time to return the call. There is no sales team or account manager between your question and the person doing the work.
What makes the first reply more useful
Include the website if one exists, the products or services that matter most and the result you want more of. For a new build, explain what the current process or website is failing to do. For SEO, mention any known search or analytics access, but do not worry if the technical language is unfamiliar.
What happens next
You get an honest first view. If the next step needs proper investigation, I scope it and send a fixed, itemised quote covering the work, responsibilities, timescale and measurement. If the sensible answer is smaller, cheaper or outside my remit, I will say that instead.
